These Terms of Use govern your use of the valusage.com website, operated by VALUSAGE BUSINESS ADVISORS FZ L.L.C (“Valusage”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms.

Content on this site — including service descriptions, package pricing, and Insights articles — is general information about our licensed activities and typical scope. It is not personalised advice, and nothing on this website creates an advisory relationship or forms a contract between you and Valusage.

An actual engagement only begins once we’ve confirmed scope, responsibilities, timeline, exclusions and fee with you in writing, in a separate engagement letter — as stated throughout this site. That engagement letter, not this webpage, governs the work we actually do for you.

Prices displayed are starting prices for standard scope, exclude 5% VAT, government fees and third-party charges unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. A specific fee is only confirmed once your actual scope is agreed in writing.

Valusage operates under six licensed activities, each with a defined scope published on the relevant service page. We do not offer, and this website does not imply, any service outside that published scope — including audit and assurance work, FTA Tax Agent representation (unless separately registered for that role), legal services, or guaranteed regulatory or banking approvals.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping or harvesting data beyond normal browsing, or submitting false information through the contact form for purposes other than a genuine enquiry.

The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Valusage unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our written permission.

This website and its content are provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that content is complete, error-free, or reflects the latest regulatory changes — regulatory thresholds and requirements referenced in Insights articles are described at a general level and should be confirmed against the current position before you rely on them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any specific free zone regulations applicable to Valusage’s licence.
