What is the minimum DIFC Core Benefits contribution?
For a non-exempt employee, the DIFC Employment Law states at least 5.83% of monthly basic wage during the first five service years and 8.33% for each additional service year.
Does this estimate show the employee’s DEWS account value?
No. Account value depends on actual historic contributions, investment selection, fees, returns, transfers and withdrawals.
